Hanley was
okay however back in the day Newcastle had everything we
needed so we didn't need go that often. But then why ever Stoke was
snubbed beats me especially when it had a River to capitalize
on. Some backhanders went on well that’s what I believe anyway. I will always love Hanley its just the fact that the coucil forgot Stoke was even there.

I can't believe the garden festival was 33 years ago, I went twice and it was a total wash out throughout the entire period.

Who cam Remember the radio presenter on the A500 billboard between Fenton and Hanley (in about 2009) I beleive she worked at Signal 1 at the time. I thought it was Liz Ellis but I need to be sure before I can write a comment in a posing.
